The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Fighters Party

Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with extensive world-building, a colorful mix of heroes, and a thrilling plot featuring divine entities, demons, and malevolent powers increasing in strength within the city.

Warning: Revealing details for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 lie ahead.

The Warrior Group Introduced

The third episode concluded with a major cliffhanger and presented the initial group of adventurers who will split off from the main group to begin their independent quest, distinct from the remaining groups.

This warrior group features the determined fighter (portrayed by Travis Willingham), the agile character (Laura Bailey), the strong-willed figure (Whitney), the cleric (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Why Split the Party?

Considering an extensive roster, it was evident from the start that having everyone at one table would be impossible.

Hence, the opening chapters of this story serve as an Introduction, intertwining the personal journeys before splitting into three separate parties: Soldiers, Schemers, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

According to Brennan Lee Mulligan, the warrior group is for participants who enjoy a typically action-packed battle-oriented story mode where diplomatic options are scarce.

At first glance, figures such as the reluctant priest Wicander might appear out of place, but the events of episode 3 demonstrate why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.

Motivations for Departure

First, the party has a clear idea where to go next after a brutal opening clash with the antagonists.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose passing initiated the narrative’s action—exploited The Crow Keepers for his personal gain, invading the hidden lair, assaulting Thimble, and stealing all the enchanted items to auction.

Casimir then paid off his liabilities and escaped to a fortified location in the northern region, beyond the city, with Teor’s brother hot on his heels.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each adventurer has a individual motive to depart the urban setting:

  • Thimble, as the close ally and best friend, desires vengeance.
  • The knowledgeable figure knows Timmony and warns that it is a nasty location.
  • The strong character and The healer, having defied his relatives’ demands to kill Teor and instead freed him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their reputation as prominent individuals in the powerful family could help the party enter places they normally couldn’t.
  • Additionally, The grateful character swore a unbreakable promise to Wicander for his rescue and will now follow him everywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

Finally, all of them are sought by the powers that govern the setting for a range of causes, making lingering locally too risky:

  • The agile adventurer and The character are known criminals.
  • The warrior and Wicander defied House Halovar and the legion of demons they are partnered with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This results in them little choice but to journey toward Timmony in pursuit of the antagonist.

Future Episodes

According to the latest episode’s follow-up content, we learn that the warrior group will not appear in the upcoming installment, leaving the other eight cast members to assemble the Seekers and Planners tables.

Viewers can expect learning which players will be where in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on October 24.
